Our offer is directed at companies who plan or implement projects related to the construction of a new warehouse or upgrading of infrastructure as well as the organization of work at existing facilities.
The scope of design and consulting services includes:
- The analysis of material flow processes, inventories, and work organization in the warehouse in consequence of which (after taking into account the growth forecasts) the following are being developed:
- the figures describing the target logistics system and constituting the basiss for future design works,
- diagram of material target flow in the warehouse,
- key assumptions for the future organization of work in the warehouse.
- Developing alternative options for the concept designs of the functional–spatial configuration of the warehouse, covering amongst other things the design of:
- the warehouse building and its placement on the available land lot,
- sufficient quantity and size of necessary storage areas,
- an optimal storage system for each zone,
- the right amount and types of internal transport,
- proper selection of jobs in each storage zone,
- other
- Material flow system design, i.e.:
- a description of work organization and processes in each storage zone,
- the final selection of equipment,
- calculation of maximum capacities for each zone,
- definition the principles of work organization.
- Preparation and carrying out of the tender process for the construction of the warehouse, including:
- the development of a work schedule of works associated with the startup of the new facility,
- preparation of tender documents for constructing and equipping the hall,
- analysis and comparison of bids,
- participation in negotiations with potential suppliers,
- consultancy on the selection of the best bids.
